How we pack, ship and deliver your Sahaji order.
Where we deliver
We deliver by courier across India.
Courier charges
The courier charge depends on the total weight of your order, the type of packing (glass jars or food-grade PET jars/pouches) and the delivery location (West Bengal or the rest of India, by PIN code). We tell you the exact charge on WhatsApp before you pay, and it is added to your order total.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Your order is sent to our dispatch team once your payment is confirmed.
To be confirmed: Typical time from payment to dispatch, e.g. 1–2 working days. - After dispatch, you receive delivery updates from our courier partner.
- Delivery usually takes up to 7 working days. Times can be longer for remote areas, during festivals, or because of courier delays outside our control.
Packing
Honey, honey-based products, ghee and palm jaggery are packed in glass jars. Other products are packed in food-grade PET jars or pouches. Orders are packed in a corrugated box with protective sheets for safe transit.

Please give a complete address with PIN code and a working phone number. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of a wrong address or because no one is available,
