Cancelling an order
- You can cancel an order
To be confirmed: until when — e.g. before it is dispatched by messaging or calling us on+91 9091 011 022 . - Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You can still contact us if there is a problem when it arrives.
Refunds for cancelled orders
If you cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, we refund the amount you paid as described in our Refund Policy.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, or we cannot confirm payment. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
